Before the works started the building in Glavna street 33 in Zemun was in a very poor condition. Built at the beginning of XX century using an old format brick, the walls of the building were up to 2.5m covered in capillary humidity. Old electrical installations in the walls were completely ruined. The plaster mostly fell off the walls. Residential space upstairs was deserted as inadequate for living. Along with making new electrical and plumbing installations the following works were done:
- So-called "stopping capillary humidity from the foundation" using chemicals: injecting the product
ECO IMPREGNIR K into the holes previously drilled in the walls; - Filling the holes with waterproof mortar made according to our own recipe;
- Plastering walls up to 1.6m with waterproof mortar;
- Waterproofing the floor of the building by applying the product SILOBIT;
- Making cement screed in the floor of the building over the layer of hydro-insulation;
- Plastering walls over 1.6m high with lime-cement mortar.
